Application Requirements
Applications for General Admission:
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a GPA no less than 2.50. Those who are completing their final semester can apply, but must provide proof of graduation on registration day.
No work experience is required for either Plan A or Plan B.
Strong command of English with the following minimal test scores:
TOEFL (Paper) : 550
TOEFL (Computer) : 213
TOEFL (Internet) : 80
IELTS : 6.0
CU-TEP : 80
***The results must be valid for no more than two years from the examination date to the last day of the admission results announcement for the respective semester.
***Applicants who are native English speakers or have graduated from English-speaking countries (United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) are exempt.
***Other special qualifications may warrant special admission pending acceptance by the Southeast Asian Studies Program.

For Master’s Degree Applicants:

Certificate of Graduation (a scanned copy is preferred)
For applicants who do not have a graduation certificate, please follow one of the options below:
3.1 Contact your university and request the issuance of a graduation certificate; or
3.2 If the graduation certificate is not available, please contact your university through an official university email address and request confirmation of your graduation status. You may then either:
- Forward the email correspondence to us; or
- Provide a screenshot of the email conversation as supporting evidence.
This will be accepted as proof of graduation during the application process.

TOEFL score of 550, IELTS score of 6.0, or CU-TEP score of 80 (minimum requirement), with results valid for no more than two years from the examination date to the last day of the admission results announcement for the respective semester (Fall 2026: 31 May 2026 / Spring 2026: 31 October, 2026).
This requirement is exempted for native English speakers or applicants who graduated from institutions in English-speaking countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Two letters of recommendation
Proposed plan of study or research plan
Photocopy of identity card (for Thai students), or photocopy of passport (for foreign students)
